Shipping and payment methods
How will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order via DHL parcel service.
Our boxers are individually packaged in a box made of natronkraft cardboard, a brown recycled cardboard made from 100% secondary fibres. To save on packaging material, we offer to ship this box without packing it in another (shipping) box. Please specify ‘minimal packaging’ in the notes when placing your order.
How much are the shipping costs for my order?
Shipping within Germany is currently free of charge.
Shipping within the European Union is currently free of charge.
Outside the European Union, shipping is only available on request and after approval.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery time for parcel shipping is 2-8 days. You will receive the exact tracking information by email after the goods have left our warehouse. Delivery is made according to the delivery times of our shipping partner DHL.
Where can I have my order delivered?
To any address within Germany and the European Union.
Contactless delivery
DHL offers contactless deliveries. You can, for example, choose a preferred delivery location or delivery day.
Can I return my order?
You can return the items you have ordered within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept unworn, unsoiled items in their original packaging with a fully completed return form.
Who pays the return costs?
The customer bears the costs of returning the goods by parcel service. In all cases, please fill out the return form completely to ensure smooth processing of your return.
What payment options do I have?
- Prepayment
- PayPal
Pay for your purchase via PayPal, the online payment service for easy and fast payment transactions. At the end of the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to make your payment. After successful payment via PayPal, you will be redirected back to our online shop.
You do not need to be a registered PayPal customer to use this payment method. Simply sign up with PayPal during the payment process. You can link your PayPal account to your bank account or credit card so that your sensitive bank details are only stored with PayPal and do not have to be sent over the internet again with every online purchase.
- Klarna/Sofort
‘Sofort’ is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH – A Klarna Group Company. You can pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN) without registering.
- Credit card
VISA, MasterCard or American Express – you can pay easily and securely by credit card with us. State-of-the-art encryption technologies, such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure, offer you maximum security on the internet. All order and credit card data is therefore only transmitted in encrypted form.
